Support cloud systems, CI / CD, and internal tools that make the hub reliable and easy to operate.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage deployment, provisioning, and monitoring automationMaintain CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure on AWSSupport integrations and data flows between systemsOptimize performance, uptime, and reliabilityCollaborate with developers and data teams on infrastructure needsRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in software developmentProficient in TypeScript and Node.js, with experience deploying on AWSExperience with infrastructure‑as‑code and automation frameworksFamiliar with distributed systems and data integrationSkilled in AI‑assisted coding and Claude Code workflows, comfortable relying on them to move faster and betterReliable, autonomous, and detail‑orientedExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluent in English, both written and spokenCulture & PrinciplesAI‑first : every team member uses AI tools daily to accelerate their workHigh‑ownership : small team, large responsibilityStartup speed with enterprise impactSimplicity, reliability, and measurable outcomes in everything we buildFully remote collaboration : async by default, clear communication expectedESGAt team.blue, our commitment to caring for the environment and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
