This position reports to: R&D Team Lead Your Role And Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions. Work model: . In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work. Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them. Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them. Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.Qualifications For The RoleYou are highly skilled in transforming a product vision and roadmap into user centric and concise requirements. Ability to simplify and articulate complex problems coherently. You have extensive experience in the Electrification Sector. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineer or a closely related field.
