We are recruiting Arabic and English-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analysts to join an international team in Sofia. You will review digital content to help keep online platforms safe and trustworthy for their users.
Key responsibilities
- Review user-generated content, such as text, images and videos, in Arabic and English to ensure digital trust and safety
- Apply platform policies and community guidelines accurately and consistently
- Identify, flag and take action on content that breaches policy
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the relevant teams within the defined timeframes
- Consider the cultural and linguistic context of Arabic-language content when making decisions
- Record your review decisions clearly and accurately in internal tools
- Meet quality, accuracy and productivity targets
- Keep up to date with policy changes and take part in ongoing training and calibration sessions
- Share feedback and insights on emerging trends and content risks with team leads
- Handle all information with strict confidentiality
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Arabic
- Fluent or native-level English
- Candidates relocating to Sofia must hold an EU passport
