DOLCE&GABBANA – Global Retail Operations SpecialistJoin to apply for the Global Retail Operations Specialist role at DOLCE&GABBANA based in our HQ Milan.Main Activities & ResponsibilitiesSupport Global Retail Operations team by developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines and milestonesCommunicate project deadlines and updates to keep teams informed and ensure successful project launchesIdentify inefficiencies in retail processes and propose strategies to optimise workflowsIdentify potential initiatives to improve retail operations activities at global levelMonitor policy and procedure quality, escalating issues as needed to maintain standardsCollect stakeholder feedback on operational gaps and work with management to develop action plansEnsure global operation manuals (e.g., grooming, uniforms, BOH organisation) are implemented according to management guidelinesAnticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategiesPrepare business cases to justify new projects and investments, aligning them with organisational objectivesNurture a project management mentality within the Global Retail Operations teamFoster an analytical methodology in all retail operations areas of intervention, building a fact-based approach rooted in data and evidenceSupport rollouts of new Retail POS systems and Omnichannel solutions across global marketsSupport the coordination and delivery of training programs for store teams on new applications and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and operational excellenceCollaborate with IT and Retail teams to test, validate, and implement new technologies in-store, guaranteeing compliance with global standardsKey Requirements & CompetenciesAt least 3 years’ experience working in the Retail industryStrong and proven analytical backgroundProficiency in Office, especially Excel; Business Objects is a plus. Knowledge of retail POS systems such as CEGID, SAP, or X-Store is considered an advantage.Fluency in EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitaskAble to work well in a fast-changing environmentStrong attention to detailGood organisational skillsProactivity and problem-solving attitudeExperience in managing Retail POS and Omnichannel system rolloutsKnowledge of retail technology and ability to train store teams on new applicationsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesRetail Luxury Goods and JewelryLocationMilan, Lombardy, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
