RICERCHIAMO Project Manager – Cantieri EdiliLa Petrarca Srl , operante nel settore delle costruzioni pubbliche, ricerca una figura di Project Manager dedicata alla gestione tecnica, economica e organizzativa delle commesse, con responsabilità diretta sul rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità e sicurezza.Garantire la gestione integrata delle commesse affidate, pianificando, coordinando e controllando tutte le fasi del progetto, assicurando il rispetto dei contratti, delle normative vigenti e degli standard aziendali, nonché il coordinamento tra Direzione, Ufficio Tecnico, Subappaltatori e Direzione Lavori.Coordinare risorse interne ed esterne (capicantiere, squadre operative, subappaltatori).• Gestire i rapporti con la Direzione Lavori, il RUP e gli enti di controllo.• Controllare i costi della commessa, predisporre SAL e monitorare il budget.• Supervisionare la qualità esecutiva e la corretta tenuta della documentazione di cantiere.• Identificare rischi, criticità e proporre soluzioni organizzative e tecniche.Formazione• Laurea in Ingegneria Civile/Edile o Architettura.• Diploma tecnico (Geometra o Perito) con esperienza pluriennale.Almeno 10 anni di esperienza comprovata in ruoli di gestione commesse presso imprese di costruzione.• Conoscenza delle gare pubbliche e dei processi tecnico-amministrativi legati alle opere pubbliche.Ottima capacità di pianificazione, gestione delle risorse e controllo dei costi.• Conoscenza software gestionali e pacchetto Office (MS Project, Excel, ecc.).• Full-time
