Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Risk Leadership: - Develop and embed a comprehensive ERM framework that aligns with the Group's strategic objectives, culture, and values. - Identify, assess, and prioritize key strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks across the entire brand portfolio and global operations. - Provide strategic counsel on risk-informed decision-making for major initiatives, including M&A, market entry, and significant investments. 2. Consumer Sector-Specific Risk Management: - Brand & Reputation Risk: Develop strategies to protect the Group's most valuable assets—its brand equity and reputation—mitigating risks from public relations crises, social media, and counterfeiting. - Supply Chain & Sustainability Risk: Oversee risks within complex, global supply chains (e.g., raw material sourcing, ethical compliance, logistics). Integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risks and opportunities into the ERM framework. - Retail & Market Risk: Manage risks related to geographic concentration, consumer demand shifts, economic cycles, and the performance of wholesale and retail partners. - Digital & Cybersecurity Risk: Address risks associated with e-commerce, digital transformation, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and cyber threats targeting customer data and intellectual property. 3.
