Experienced - Cyber Governance & Compliance We are seeking a consultant/senior consultant to join the Cyber Governance & Compliance team at Deloitte in Milan and Rome, working in a Hybrid mode.The business supports our clients in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and the quality of services offered, including with the support of new technologies.We help our clients optimizing their cybersecurity strategies, design cutting-edge solutions and govern enterprise security programs that increase resilience and better manage cyber risks and, we are actively involved in shaping the regulation of countries, defining national strategies, and driving the direction of policy making.Your Role The Experienced resource will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:Manage cybersecurity activities within wider projects, identifying, evaluating, and designing best in class cybersecurity solutions, demonstrating operational excellence, vision and strategic thinking Execute complex project activities, coordinate part of the team while supporting your more senior colleagues in managing client relations and expectations Face and solve customer challenges in innovative and effective way Leverage on technology to provide innovation, operational excellence and new business models to customers Engage with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business relations and create business opportunities Winning Requirements 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a Strategic Consulting company Solid expertise in Cyber Security Strategies, Cyber Security Assessment and Benchmarks Fluent knowledge of English language Passion and curiosity for the cybersecurity industry and technology trends, innovations and frameworks, as well as current IT security technologies Make an Impact that Matters Deloitte is a global leader in professional services, operating in over 150 countries with a network of more than 460,000 professionals.In Italy, Deloitte is located in 24 cities with approximately 13,400 professionals supporting clients through services in Audit & Assurance, Technology & Transformation, Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory, and Tax & Legal.As a global network, we are committed to addressing key social, economic, and environmental challenges.
