Client Advisor – Leccio (Part Time 20 H) Company: CELINE Location: Leccio – The Mall Outlet Working hours: 20 hours per week. Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of sales and the achievement of common sale objectives. Welcome and advise customers and provide the best customer service. Share the story behind our products and deliver our expertise. Proactively propose complementary products. Recruit and retain customers by building privileged and lasting relationships with each of them. Be an active part of the operational life of the store: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management. Control and respect internal procedures and guidelines. Support the digital evolution of the house. Be a great ambassador of CELINE and the group. Endorse the brand spirit with your creativity and your sense of excellence.Profile & Experience Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales in the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent. Skills & Personal Attributes: High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge; ability to understand and go beyond customers’ needs to provide them the best customer experience; taste for challenge and a team spirit; sense of service; natural curiosity; open‑minded; optimism and empathy. Languages: Fluent in German and English; a third language would be a plus. Starting date: As soon as possible.
