Working together, let’s put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer support calls and provide field support within your assigned territory, escalating complex issues as required to ensure a timely fix.Conduct routine maintenance, installation, and repair of Beckman Coulter products at customer sites, including calibration, mechanical and electrical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts and production of Installation/Operation Quality documents.Diagnose system failures and determine the most cost‑effective resolution.Ensure preventative maintenance inspections and modifications are completed within the specified time frames.Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, debriefing and reports, and maintain accurate car inventory.Essential QualificationsHigh school diploma or university degree in electronic engineering or similar.3–5 years of experience in high‑tech research instruments service.Fluent in written and spoken English.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment RequirementsAbility to travel 90% of the time, including overnight, within northeast of Italy and for training purposes in Europe.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.Preferred ExperienceExperience in Centrifugation, Particle Counting and Particle Characterisation.Experience in a lab analysis environment.Join our winning team today.
