About The RoleWe are looking for a Tenders and Offers Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team and support the Italian market. In this role you will provide superior support to the Gore medical business and clients through the tenders, contracts and pricing processes, including statistical and rebate calculations, under the ISO13485 accredited quality system. This is a temporary position for 12 months and will be located remotely in Italy, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to the Quality Policy, applicable team quality objectives and relevant proceduresOwn the complete tender process including, but not limited to, submissions, awarding, tracking, renewal and extensionsOwn the price offer process including, but not limited to, product and pricing information, offers, contract creation, renewal and extensionsEnsure contract compliance including statistical and rebate calculationsCommunicate with partners and customers with regards to outcomes and feedbackProactive involvement in projects in collaboration with multiple functions across various regions and cultures, to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of service levels (including resolving complex problems/requests) perceived by customers and internal partnersMaintain compliance with training expectations as required for this positionAdditional responsibilities as required within the scope of this positionRequired QualificationsBachelors or locally equivalent degree or 2 years of relevant experience in a contracts and tenders, customer services or other applicable roleProficient communication in Italian and EnglishAnalytical skills and high attention to detailCommitment to quality, have process discipline and be customer service orientedExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines in a highly stressful environmentAbility to travel up to 5 %Desired QualificationsFlexible and able to use own initiativeGeneral office software experience with ERP, CRM and CPQ systemsAdditional language skillsWhat We OfferOur success is based on the capability and creativity of our Associates, and we are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive total rewards program that supports your everyday and helps you build your tomorrow.
