Donaldson is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across three Italian sites: Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano and Opera. You’ll lead recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement, while handling payroll administration and HR operations, with a hybrid work model.
Fluent Italian and advanced English are essential, along with a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least three years’ experience in generalist HR. Travel between sites will be required.
