ResponsibilitiesConduct lifing analysis for aerospace components and systems to determine their operational lifespan and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for lifing analysis. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to perform stress and fatigue analysis on components. Develop and maintain lifing models and databases to support ongoing analysis and decision-making processes. Identify potential risks and issues related to component lifing and propose mitigation strategies. Stay updated with industry standards and best practices related to lifing analysis. Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications / RequirementsMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Fluent English and Italian, both oral and written Strong interpersonal skills and international team-working attitude Experience in fatigue and fracture mechanics Knowledge of fatigue crack growth simulations basis Base knowledge of finite element modelling Experience with Matlab Knowledge of Ansys finite element software would be advantageous Nice to haveCommitment, precision, flexibility, reliability Excellent documentation and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent team-work attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Availability for business travels (short & long term travels) Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadlines How we work: culture at Quest GlobalWe are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
