Our Corporate Finance & Native Strategy practice helps clients identify and seize new opportunities to generate competitive advantage through distinctive strategies and innovative ideas.We are looking for a Private Capital Manager to lead strategic projects, driving due diligence and value creation for leading Private Equity clients.Your main responsibilitiesDelivering due diligence and portfolio company value creation projects for leading Private Equity clientsLeading the day‑day execution of projects and ensuring successful deliveryDeveloping Private Equity network with transaction initiatives and portfolio company activitiesWorking jointly with BIP and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site.What we’re looking forWe are seeking professionals with experience in Transactions, Value Creation or Investment Banking, with strong financial expertise and business acumen.Required skillsetProficient in the Private Equity industry with at least 5 years of experience in Transaction Support, portfolio companies Value Creation or Investment Banking.Actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and deliver solutions of the highest standard.Interpersonal skills to partner with investment teams and executive management.Collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills.Why BIP?People at the center of our culture – trust, collaboration, entrepreneurship and meritocracy drive our growth.
