Project Manager – Corporate Engineering & Project Management Office – Lungarno CollectionLocation: Florence, Tuscany, Italy.This position supports the CE & PM Office in planning, execution, and control of engineering and infrastructure projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and compliance.ResponsibilitiesPianificazione operativa : prepare project plans (WBS, Gantt, milestones), define deliverables, dependencies, and critical path.Gestione tempi & costi : update schedulers, track physical/financial progress (SAL), monitor budget, deviations, and changes.Procurement & vendor management : aid in RDA preparation, bid solicitation, technical/economic comparisons, vendor onboarding, and documentation control.Coordinamento interdisciplinare : interface with designers, work directors, installation engineers, facility, operations, and HSE for technical and operational alignment.Qualità & conformità : assist in quality control plans, compliance checks (safety, environment, privacy), and corporate standards.Gestione rischi : maintain risk register, monitor KPIs/trigger, propose mitigations, and escalation actions.Documentazione & reporting : produce minutes, status reports, dashboards, and technical archive (as-built, certifications, equipment sheets).Change & stakeholder management : support change management, formal communications, and engagement of internal/external stakeholders.Sopralluoghi & cantieri : conduct technical visits, progress checks, safety walks, and record meeting minutes and photo reports.Continuous improvement : contribute to template standardization, lessons learned, and CE & PM best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
