We are currently seeking a dynamic and strongly motivated professional with a strong passion forSEO, digital marketing, and AI-driven technologiesto join our Marketing team in Milan asSEO Specialist .The SEO Specialist will execute and evolve SEO strategies and projects for our brand partners, becoming akey reference point for the SEO channel within The Level Group , with a strong focus oninnovation, automation, and performance-driven growth .Our ideal candidate combines ananalytical mindset , hands‑on SEO expertise, and a strong curiosity forAI applications in search, content, and data analysis .What you’ll do:Support the management and execution of SEO projects end-to-end, includingSEO analysis, technical optimization, content strategy, and link building , across international e-commerce websitesContribute to and actively participate inAI-driven SEO projects , such as:AI-supported keyword research and search intent analysisContent optimization and generation workflows using AI toolsAutomation of SEO audits, reporting, and monitoring processesMonitor daily website performance usingSEO and AI-based tools , Google Search Console, and analytics platforms, identifying opportunities for continuous improvementAnalyze keyword performance, SERP dynamics, and search trends to identifygrowth opportunities and areas of underperformanceAnalyze and monitor organic search traffic, identifying patterns, trends, and scalable growth opportunities through data-driven insightsCreate clear and actionableSEO and performance reports , translating data into insights for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate closely with internal teams to executeSEO strategies across multiple languages and markets , ensuring alignment with business goalsStay up to date withSEO evolution, Google algorithm updates, AI developments (e.g. Generative Search, Search Generative Experience, AI Overviews) , and emerging best practicesWhat we are looking for:At least2 years of experience in SEO , withe‑commerce SEO experience considered a strong plusSolid hands‑on knowledge oftechnical SEO(crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals)Good understanding ofHTML, CSS, and JavaScriptand their impact on SEOProven experience working with SEO tools such asScreaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush , or similarExperience or strong interest inAI‑based tools for SEO , such as:AI-powered keyword research and SERP analysis toolsAI-assisted content creation and optimization platformsAutomation tools for SEO monitoring, reporting, and data analysisAbility to leverageAI tools (e.g. ChatGPT or similar LLMs)to support SEO analysis, content workflows, and problem‑solving (prompting skills are a plus)Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence working on data setsProficiency inMS Excel and PowerPoint ; experience with data visualization tools is a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex SEO and performance topics to diverse stakeholdersAbility to thrive in afast‑paced, dynamic, and performance‑oriented environmentHigh attention to detail, combined with a proactive and problem‑solving mindsetAbility to work bothindependently and cross‑functionallywithin international teamsFluency inEnglish is required ; knowledge of an additional language is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
