Position Il/la Travel & Mobility Manager è responsabile di garantire il corretto svolgimento di tutte le attività connesse al Travel Management del Gruppo Ansaldo Energia nonché l’implementazione di tutte le iniziative connesse al Mobility Management, garantendo la necessaria compliance a Policy Aziendali e Standard di settore. La figura opera all’interno della Funzione HR, collaborando a stretto contatto con le Business Unit. In particolare, la figura avrà cura di: · Assicurare la corretta applicazione della Travel Policy aziendale · Monitorare e verificare i costi connessi al Travel, curando una puntuale reportistica volta ad assicurare coerenza con Policy e Budget Aziendale. · Coordinare e supervisionare l’intero processo di Travel Management supportando i dipendenti durante tutte le fasi del viaggio (prenotazioni, procedure di viaggio, hotel e trasporti). · Collaborare con Agenzie e fornitori di Servizi Travel al fine di garantire livelli di servizio adeguati e continuità operativa · Elaborare il Piano Spostamento Casa-Lavoro proponendo iniziative volte a migliorare la mobilità aziendale collaborando con le figure incaricate sul territorio (Mobility Manager del Comune, Confindustria, etc.) · Gestire servizi connessi alla mobilità dei dipendenti (es.: Car Pooling); Requirements · Esperienza pregressa di 5–7 anni in ruoli di Travel Management, Mobility Management, HR Administration, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o internazionali. · Conoscenza di Standard e Policy in uso nei settori Travel & Mobility Management. Competenze Tecniche · Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi di prenotazione · Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel. · Orientamento al cliente interno e capacità di relazione con interlocutori di diversi livelli. · Problem solving, proattività e gestione dello stress. · Precisione e affidabilità · Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità.
