Role Description As HR Manager , you will lead the Human Resources function of the resort, ensuring a supportive, high-performing, and people-centered environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws, while acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Role Description As HR Supervisor , you’ll support the Human Resources function by ensuring the smooth daily operation of all HR activities and compliance with company policies and Italian labor law. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture, assisting the HR Manager in all administrative and operational matters related to employees and their experience at San Clemente Palace Venice.
