With over 800 professionals operating from Italy, UK, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and Canada, the Group serves clients in 4 continents, supporting approximately 100,000 investment professionals to manage more than €1 trillion in assets.We are seeking a Product Manager for our team in Milan.Profile and ResponsibilityWe are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to join our Product Management team, reporting to the Product Director.In this role, you will take ownership of product delivery within your area, while ensuring full alignment with the overall product vision and strategy defined by the Product Director.You will combine operational leadership, business analysis, and stakeholder management to drive value throughout the product lifecycle.Main Areas of ResponsibilityProduct Ownership & Strategy in Product ManagementCollaboration with Product Director for defining and maintaining the product roadmap for digital platforms and applications.Focusing on end-to-end product development cycle, creating synergy and continuous collaboration with the Product Development and User Interface Design teams.Translate roadmap initiatives into clear and actionable epics, features, and user stories.Support backlog prioritization in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.Gather, analyse, and validate requirements derived from both roadmap initiatives and client requests.Client & Stakeholder Engagement in Client and Prospect EngagementInteract with clients and prospects to understand business needs and gather feedback.Constantly seek out ways to be in front of customers and learn more about them and their business.Support product implementation and client adoption, ensuring business value realization.Prepare and deliver product demos, workshops, and presentations to internal and external audiences.Team Leadership & CoordinationDefine and enforce standards and best practices for requirement gathering and documentation.Review and validate backlog items and deliverables prepared by the team.Mentor and guide Business Analysts and Product Owners, fostering continuous learning and quality improvement.Coordinate cross-team communication to maintain alignment across product lines and initiatives.Candidate’s experience and qualifications requiredProven experience as a Product Manager in Digital Solution or FinTech environment (min. 3 years).Previous experience in Wealth Management, Banking, or FinTech.Experience in product management for digital platforms (web and mobile).Strong background in requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile methodologies.Experience in managing the prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience and time-to market.Ability with strategic prioritization and alignment across teams and organizational levels.Experience in coordinating or mentoring a team of analysts or consultants.Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in client-facing contexts.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Familiarity with UX principles and design thinking approaches.Strong team player.Availability to travel occasionally.Flexibility to work with distributed international teams across time zones.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Tealium, Power BI).Experience coordinating multi-country product initiatives or Agile squads.What we offerThe opportunity to join a leading fintech company with 30+ years of experience in the industry.A dynamic and international environment, working with colleagues and clients across Europe.The chance to be part of innovative digital product development, impacting the future of wealth management.A collaborative, supportive culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.Perm full time employmentBenefits: Meal Voucher, Hybrid Work, Supplementary Healthcare InsuranceEquality PolicyWe are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion / beliefs, sexual orientation or age.PrivacyPlease read the privacy policy pursuant to Article 13 of the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016 (GDPR) published on our website
