A solid understanding of assisted sales techniques and a relationship-driven approach to client interaction are essential.Excellent command of the English language , both written and spoken, is required in order to effectively communicate with international customers. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a valuable asset.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The candidate must be able to listen actively, understand customer needs, and deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience.A professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and flexibility in adapting to dynamic situations are key, including availability to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by store operations.The candidate must demonstrate a genuine passion for fashion and current trends, along with a natural inclination to provide exceptional customer service.
