Role description As a Contract & Cost Administrator you will be responsible for delivering high-value and high-quality contract management services for Data Center projects. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams, ensuring that all contractual and administrative activities meet the required quality standards and the specific needs of each project. By proactively managing building contracts, you will provide expert advice on commercial, risk, and compliance matters, supporting the project’s success from inception through to closeout. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, as well as a regular on-site presence to review progress and quality with contractors and other project stakeholders. Role accountabilitiesManagement of the entirety of the Building Contracts. Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the contractor and other contractors undertaking the project. Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, and utility requirements.
