To expand its team, FastCode S.p.A., a company within the TXT Group, is seeking a professional to join as a .NET Developer for high-profile projects based in Modena. The selected candidate will be involved in the development, debugging, and optimization of solutions based on the Microsoft stack (.NET Framework / .NET Core), actively interacting with SQL Server and production environments. The role requires availability for scheduled on-call shifts to ensure the operational continuity of services. Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain applications in .NET Framework / .NET Core Manage complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization on SQL Server Analyze and resolve anomalies in production environments Collaborate with the support team for scheduled on-call activities Prepare and update technical documentation Monitor and improve application performanceRequired Technical SkillsExcellent knowledge of C# and .NET Solid experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, and views Proficiency in ADO.NET or Entity Framework Familiarity with Windows Services or Web API applications Availability for scheduled on-call shiftsPreferred Technical SkillsExperience in 24/7 or mission‑critical system environments Knowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring tools, or job schedulers Experience with ticketing and incident management tools Experience with SSIS / SSRS or other ETL toolsPersonal and Interpersonal SkillsReliability and ability to manage assigned tasks independently Responsiveness in handling alerts and critical situations Accuracy, attention to detail, and quality orientation Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach Ability to remain clear‑headed and composed in high‑pressure contextsRequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in .NET development Work location: Modena, Italy (hybrid mode)What The Company OffersPlacement in a technologically advanced and stimulating environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuous training A collaborative workplace attentive to well‑being and inclusionFastCode S.p.A. actively promotes an inclusive work environment that respects individual differences.
