ATTENZIONE NON SI DISPONE DI ALLOGGIO PER QUESTA POSIZIONE.Descrizione del ruoloCerchiamo un professionista con solida esperienza in ruoli di Front Desk presso hotel di lusso o che abbia maturato esperienze similari. La stagione lavorativa 2026 sarà dal 15 marzo al 31 ottobre con possibilità di prolungamento anche oltre tale data. Si lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Front Desk Manager ed il resto del Team di Front Desk, Back Office per garantire un’ospitalità eccellente e personalizzata.QualificheIl candidato ideale deve possedere competenze in gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e servizio alla clientela, con un forte orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente.Esperienza consolidata nel settore alberghiero di fascia alta.La conoscenza degli standard di servizio LQA e / o Forbes Travel Guide è requisito preferenziale.Conoscenza fluente dell’italiano, dell’inglese e di almeno una seconda lingua straniera.La capacità di gestione del tempo e attenzione ai dettagli sono qualità essenziali per garantire un eccellente standard di servizio.Ulteriori punti a favore includono esperienza con software gestionali alberghieri e una mentalità flessibile e proattiva.J-18808-LjbffrCreare un avviso di lavoro per questa ricerca#J-18808-Ljbffr
