Senior sourcing

This is a fully remote position for Senior Sourcing & Business Development Manager (Branded Apparel & Footwear) at Capital Trading Group CTG LLC.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.RequirementsProven experience in branded footwear, apparel, or accessories trading / wholesale / distributionPrevious role within a trading company, distributor, brands, e-commerce buying department, retailer buying department or brand-related commercial teamStrong understanding of how brand and distributor partnerships operateEstablished professional presence in the industry with the ability to open doors and build trustCommercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-management skillsFluent in English (additional languages are a plus) ResponsibilitiesIdentify partnership opportunitiesDevelop new relationships in an effort to grow business and aid expansion effortMaintain existing businessPlan strategically to assure project success QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience6+ years' of industry-related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong knowledge of successful marketing strategiesFocused and goal-oriented
