Il nostro cliente è una multinazionale americana quotata in borsa, leader nell'offerta di servizi ad alto valore in ambito B2B.Il ruoloLa risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare una relazione solida e continuativa tra HR e Business, supportando manager e leadership sui temi di people, organizzazione e sviluppo.Business Partnering- Supporto continuo a manager e responsabili di funzione sui temi di people management, leadership, organizzazione del lavoro e performance- Costruzione di relazioni di fiducia con il business, attraverso ascolto attivo e comprensione delle esigenze organizzative- Traduzione dei bisogni del business in soluzioni HR concrete ed efficaciPresidio dei processi HR- Gestione dei processi di performance management, sviluppo e valutazione del potenziale.- Supporto ai processi di salary review, in coordinamento con l'Head of People e le policy di Gruppo- Gestione delle tematiche di employee relations e supporto ai manager nella gestione di situazioni complesse.- Interfaccia con il team Payroll & Administration (funzione centralizzata).Talent & Succession- Collaborazione con la funzione Talent Acquisition nella definizione dei fabbisogni e nella gestione delle selezioni di profili senior- Contributo alla valutazione dei talenti interni e alla definizione di piani di sviluppo e successioneChange & Organizzazione- Supporto a progetti di cambiamento organizzativo, evoluzione dei modelli operativi e integrazione di nuove strutture o ruoli- Lettura delle dinamiche culturali e promozione di comportamenti coerenti con i valori aziendaliSviluppo di processi e strategia HR- Contributo alla costruzione e all'evoluzione di processi, strumenti e policy HR- Collaborazione stretta con l'Head of People e il team HR nella definizione delle priorità e della roadmap operativaRequisiti- Laurea in discipline economiche o umanistiche. Gradito un eventuale Master in Risorse Umane- 3–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di HR Business Partner in aziende complesse- Capacità di presidiare l'intero ciclo dei processi HR, sia soft sia hard- Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche organizzative e dei modelli di people management- Forte orientamento al business e capacità di ascolto- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità- Approccio analitico e orientato alla soluzione- Elevati standard qualitativi e attenzione al dettaglio- Attitudine al lavoro in team, flessibilità e capacità di operare in contesti complessi- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
