Context:AsHead of CRMyou will streamline CRM infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM systems ( HubSpot ), from implementation and governance to training and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment: Develop and lead CRM strategy to align with corporate and departmental objectives, ensuring seamless automation and data flow.Full CRM Administration Oversight: Manage system configuration, user permissions, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.Analytics & Performance Leadership: Build dashboards, monitor CRM health (data quality, segmentation), and optimize performance through insights.People Leadership & Organizational Development: Grow and guide the CRM operations team, refine processes, and elevate cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.Key skills and requirements:Educational Background: Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years in CRM or marketing operations leadership, ideally with full experience in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs).Technical Proficiency: HubSpot Certified; adept in marketing automation, data segmentation, and CRM analytics.Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, operationally disciplined, collaborative.Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.Additional proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.What can you expect from us?
