We blend timeless elegance, professional performance, and a contemporary vision of beauty.What you’ll doWe’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to independently manage and creatively grow all brand channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Telegram, and to support our email marketing activities via Mailchimp.ResponsibilitiesIdeate and plan the monthly editorial calendarBasic video editing and photo retouching (Photoshop or Canva)Trend research and social listening/analysisCommunity management and social customer careCollaborate with influencers, content creators, and UGC partnersSupport paid campaigns and product launchesSupport the creation, scheduling, and optimization of newsletters and email campaigns using MailchimpWeekly/monthly reporting and KPI monitoringRequirementsProven experience managing social media in beauty, fashion, or lifestyleAbility to produce original content end-to-end (shooting, editing, copy)Strong eye for aesthetics, image, and digital trendsExcellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and TelegramExperience with Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms; Mailchimp preferred)Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business SuiteProactive attitude, strong organization, and desire to grow in a creative teamExcellent command of Italian (written and spoken)Excellent command of English (written and spoken)What we offerA creative, dynamic, international environmentClose collaboration with Product and Marketing teamsEarly access to new products and shootsMilan HQ (Amendola area) with flexibilityIf this sounds like you and you want to help tell the story of a constantly evolving Made-in-Italy brand, please send your CV and portfolio (if available) to .Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at LORD&BERRY by 2xSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesPersonal Care Product Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
