Business Analyst – Finance

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Business Analyst in one of our opportunities in the Finance and IT Consulting industry in Italy?

Your missions?

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and detailed specifications.

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, ensuring clarity, consistency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify process improvements and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

• Use Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, track project progress and maintain project documentation.

• Participate in workshops, meetings and discussions with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.

• Support the implementation of business solutions, ensuring that delivered functionalities meet the defined requirements.

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional role.

• Mandatory experience in Finance-related environments or Finance projects .

• Good knowledge of Jira and Confluence , with experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.

• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in financial services, banking or other finance-related transformation projects would be a plus.

• Experience working in Agile environments would be an advantage.

Contract opportunities:

• Permanent contract: available in Milan, Turin, Rome and Bologna.

• Freelance collaboration: available across Italy, including locations outside the cities listed above.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Permanent contract: gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €43,000 , depending on experience and skills.

• Freelance collaboration: daily rate ranging from €220 to €260 , depending on experience and expertise.

• Applicable CCNL for permanent positions: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
