Senior Business Controller

For our client, a semi‑little Italian company in the fashion and luxury goods sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller.ResponsibilitiesCalculating and monitoring costs and margins, implementing actions plan to maximize efficiency and providing indications to accounting departmentMonitoring production accounting with analysis of deviations from production price lists and standard production costsPreparing and managing monthly forecasts for the period based on data provided by accountingKpis business performance update and analysisFinancial and business evaluation of new investment initiativesPerform ad hoc analyses by management for the purpose of sharing results and decisionProvide sales and margin analysis for each business unit and company levelPrepare budget, monitoring results, and identifying corrective actions in the event of any deviations from the targetAllocation of cost/revenue items through analytical accounting entries aimed at determining monthly operating resultsDevelopment of business plans and collaboration in management deck presentationQualificationsMaster's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similarAt least 7 years’ previous experience in the required position, preferably in companies of the Fashion and Luxury industryExcellent knowledge of the main IT tools, in particular MS ExcelThis job opportunity does NOT include smart workingLegal InformationL’offerta si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. n. 198/2006 e ss.mm.ii. e dei Decreti Legislativi n. 215 e n. 216 del 2003 sulle parità di trattamento.
