Join us and start the future YOUR ROLE It should be noted that this is a fixed-term opportunity for maternity cover. You will be fully integrated in the Customer Product Quality team in Agrate, to ensure that the quality and reliability of delivered products satisfy the customer requirements. You will support the whole team on: Sustain GPAM Customer Support and 32Bits Automotive business with the introduction of new STM32A products Management of External Customer Claims from receiving failing parts to final report release including the follow-up of MCU, failure analysis and new32A business. Customer problem understanding Failure analysis flow Problem resolution Customer communication (through meeting, presentation and 8D reports..) Work in cooperation with all ST organizations (Division marketing, operation, design, planning, manufacturing, back end, logistic, subcontractors, …) to avoid problem reoccurrence and ensures continuous quality improvement. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles Customer focused Adaptability, Flexibility Team Work/Cooperation Tenacity/Perseverance Cross-Cultural Communication Fluent English mandatory Proactivity Problem Solving Be able to Interfaces with Automotive customers Knowledge of semiconductor, microelectronics and Microcontroller are needed.
