You will join us in our Florence flagship store as a Full-Time Client Advisor, reporting directly to the Store Management. Lead by example on the selling floor to inspire both individual and team success, driving sales results with accountability. Demonstrate deep understanding of luxury clients’ desires, needs, and expectations, acting always with the client’s experience at heart. A caring, authentic, and trusted approach as a client advisor, with a genuine passion for style and luxury fashion. Experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role. Fluency in English and Italian is essential ; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage. At least 2 years of previous experience in the fashion/luxury retail Ability to develop meaningful client relationships using CRM tools and initiatives.
