  • Definizione e Implementazione della Governance IT:
  • Sviluppare e aggiornare il framework di governance IT in linea con le linee guida e le esigenze aziendali.
  • Elaborare processi, procedure, standard operativi e strumenti per la gestione delle tecnologie informatiche.
  • Monitoraggio e Reporting:
  • Verificare l'aderenza delle unità IT alle politiche e procedure aziendali attraverso audit periodici.
  • Preparare report per il CIO e la direzione, evidenziando criticità, rischi e opportunità di miglioramento.
  • Gestione del Budget IT:
  • Predisporre il budget IT annuale in collaborazione con il CIO e il team finance.
  • Monitorare e controllare l'andamento del budget, segnalando eventuali scostamenti e proponendo azioni correttive.
  • Redigere e verificare i SAL (Stato Avanzamento Lavori) relativi ai progetti IT, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli obiettivi.
  • Service Management e Gestione dei Fornitori:
  • Coordinare e monitorare le performance dei fornitori e partner esterni, assicurando il rispetto degli SLA concordati.
  • Gestire il processo di service management, inclusa la pianificazione, definizione, monitoraggio e revisione dei servizi IT erogati.
  • Assicurare coerenza nella gestione dei fornitori da parte di ogni area IT, garantendo il rispetto dei termini contrattuali e la conformità agli standard qualitativi richiesti.
  • Management:
  • La figura al momento gestirà una persona e costruirà nel tempo la funzione che potrebbe prevedere anche l'ampliamento del team.

Competenze ed esperienza

  • E' preferibile il titolo di studio di Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica o Economia Aziendale.
  • Esperienza professionale di almeno 7 anni di cui almeno 4 dedicati alla governance di progetti complessi di trasformazione IT. E' gradita l'esperienza professionale sia lato System Integrator sia presso End User.
  • Esperienza nella gestione delle relazioni con stakeholder di Business, tecnici IT e system integrator finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi progettuali.
  • Importante la conoscenza delle metodologie di gestione progetti (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Le Certificazioni PM (Prince2, PMP) e IT Service Management (ITIL) rappresentano un plus.
  • Fondamentale la forte attitudine all'ascolto attivo, un forte orientamento all'obiettivo, al KPI e alla performance, così come la capacità di pianificazione e analisi delle priorità e delle urgenze. E' altrettanto importante la capacità di attenzionare i costi e l'efficientamento dei risultati.
  • Fondamentale la conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese.
