He/She will focus on the central monitoring and management solutions developed by TIL, improve standardization corporate wide and support our Customers in infrastructure management. He/She will become part of a young, multicultural and skilled team where we welcome new ideas and skillsets. We prefer quality over quantity and try to implement long-term solutions that help the business thrive. Main Activities: Manage Server and the network Provide support to final users (ticket support) Automating recurring tasks (application installation, health check of server mainly focused on Tableau, Alteryx, Knime Infrastructure, installation and configuration of internal IT assets) Requirements: Experience in managing/installing PCs and applications Basic networking concepts Basic knowledge concepts of the main Cloud Provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of the most important authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Nice to Have: Knowledge of Alteryx Server Infrastructure Knowledge of Knime Hub Knowledge of Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop Monitoring tool (Grafana, Splunk, DataDog, Zabbix) About Us.
