Il team Engineering & Manufacturing di Grafton, brand globale che si occupa di Professional Recruitment, ricerca un/una Product Manager – Power Supply per un’azienda italiana con sede a Milano, attiva nella distribuzione tecnica di componenti elettronici e sistemi elettronici avanzati. L’azienda opera nei settori industriale, medicale, difesa, aerospazio e automazione, fornendo soluzioni in ambito elettronica di potenza, motion control, display/HMI, sensoristica, sistemi embedded, networking e RF/wireless. Sede di: Milano (Tortona) Responsabilità principali Gestione del portafoglio prodotti Power Supply, inclusi alimentatori AC/DC, convertitori DC/DC, moduli di potenza e soluzioni custom. Supporto tecnico-commerciale ai clienti attraverso l’analisi delle esigenze e la definizione di soluzioni complete. Relazione con fornitori internazionali (USA, Cina, Germania) e partecipazione a 1–2 trasferte estere all’anno. Gestione di fornitori per merce fisica e partner per cablaggio e assemblaggio. Analisi dei margini, definizione del pricing, negoziazione con clienti e fornitori. Responsabilità del budget della divisione e contributo allo sviluppo strategico dell’area. Visite tecniche brevi presso clienti sul territorio italiano. Possibile crescita verso il ruolo di referente unico della divisione, con potenziale coordinamento di risorse. Requisiti 5–10 anni di esperienza nel settore Power Electronics. Laurea in Ingegneria elettronica, elettrica o equivalente. Esperienza pregressa come progettista o sviluppatore in ambito power. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (obbligatoria). Spiccate capacità comunicative, leadership e approccio tecnico-commerciale. Competenze economico-finanziarie per gestione budget, analisi dei margini e trattative.
