The hiring BU makes 70% of the company's revenue and profits. It manufactures and sells blocks of foam from its 11 foaming sites in Europe and 6 converting sites. It serves 7,000 customers across 15 territories divided in 5 regions. The F&B business is characterized by a transactional ecosystem with a high level of competition intensity where pricing discipline, negotiations skills and customer intimacy prevail.
