Maintain constant liaison with the "Regulatory and Corporate Affairs" function, specifically regarding the correct execution of Board resolutions.Proven ability to autonomously manage all issues related to legal affairs, wide-ranging contractual matters, and the issuance of legal opinions required for institutional activities. Prior experience working with research entities, particularly those falling within the scope of Public Administration (P. A.) or state‑controlled / financed bodies. Effective knowledge of the operational processes characterizing the legal / corporate area of a research entity.
