We’re looking for a hands‑on Growth Engineer to own our go‑to‑market data and automation stack end‑to‑end.About the RoleThe role involves owning the analytics stack, designing the tracking plan, instrumenting events, and ensuring end‑to‑end data flow from websites/apps to warehouse and BI.ResponsibilitiesOwn the analytics stack: Design the tracking plan, instrument events, and ensure end‑to‑end data flow from websites/apps to warehouse and BI.Measure everything across Marketing & Sales: Define source‑of‑truth metrics (lead quality, CAC/LTV, pipeline velocity, conversion rates), implement UTM governance, and build dashboards with SLAs and data quality checks.Attribution & experimentation: Set up conversion tracking (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), configure multi‑touch attribution where appropriate, and run A/B tests or holdout experiments (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly for flags).Sales data & CRM hygiene: Integrate and instrument CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive), enrich and score leads, automate lifecycle stages, and enable reliable forecasting and reporting.Automation—tools or code: Build workflows with Zapier/Make/n8n or custom Python (APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, small services with Flask/FastAPI); create Slack/Email alerts, lead routing, enrichment, and data syncs.Technical GTM support: Troubleshoot tracking, forms, landing pages, and pixels; ship small utilities/scripts; create self‑serve templates and playbooks for the GTM teams.Governance, privacy & reliability: Implement consent management and data‑minimization practices (e.g., GDPR/CCPA awareness), set up observability for data pipelines, and manage secrets/RBAC.QualificationsStrong Python for automation and data work (pandas, requests, API clients; bonus for Flask/FastAPI).Excellent SQL, including window functions and performance basics.Experience standing up and maintaining web/app analytics (GA4/GTM, Segment or similar; Mixpanel/Amplitude/Heap).Familiarity with data pipelines/orchestration (Airflow/Prefect/dbt is a plus) and warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift/Postgres).Practical knowledge of ad platform tracking (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), UTM governance, and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot/Salesforce; HubSpot/Marketo/ActiveCampaign/Braze).Comfort with automation tools (Zapier/Make/n8n) and building custom integrations via APIs/webhooks.A builder’s mindset: you prioritize impact, communicate clearly with non‑technical stakeholders, and document as you go.Required SkillsExperience with event streaming (Kafka/PubSub), reverse‑ETL (Hightouch/Census), or customer data platforms.Exposure to LLM‑powered workflows (e.g., routing, enrichment, summarization) with appropriate guardrails.Basic front‑end skills for landing‑page tweaks (JS/HTML/CSS) and tag/debug tooling.Pay range and compensation packageRAL 24k + 2.2k net ticket restaurants/year.
