Junior IT Specialist (Hybrid | Milan or Bologna) Location: iubenda, Metropolitan City of Turin, Piedmont, Italy We are looking for a Junior IT Specialist who will support internal tools, devices, and provide remote assistance across Italy. Key Responsibilities Internal Tools & Platforms Ownership: Microsoft suite: Microsoft 365, Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar Confluence: internal documentation and knowledge management system Slack: internal communication and collaboration platform Hardware & Device Lifecycle Management: Set‑up: configure and prepare company devices for employees Shipment: coordinate device delivery for onboarding, replacements, and off‑boarding Tracking: inventory and lifecycle tracking of company hardware and devices Residual responsibilities: Availability to work from and travel to our Milan OR Bologna office whenever required (realistically 1 day/week) Trustworthy and reliable handling of sensitive tasks, systems, and data with high confidentiality Smart and proactive mindset: ability to understand new contexts quickly, take initiative, and contribute beyond assigned tasks Strong sense of ownership: accountable for assigned responsibilities and able to manage tasks end‑to‑end independently Fast learner: willing and able to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly using self‑study and autonomous problem‑solving Full professional proficiency in English and Italian Degree in IT or equivalent, or IT‑focused high‑school diploma Career motivation for starting and growing a career as a Junior IT Specialist (6 months to 1 year of experience accepted) Benefits & Values ⚡️Location: Our offices are located in the center of Milan (within walking distance from S.
