As an Area Maintenance Team Lead at Amazon, you'll play an important role in ensuring workplace safety and supporting our world-class distribution network.Key job responsibilitiesSupervise a team of facilities associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance proceduresFollow and implement maintenance solutions according to established guidelinesMonitor maintenance budgets and track resource usageCoordinate with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issuesFollow established safety programs and preventative maintenance schedulesProvide on‑call support for facility emergenciesExecute maintenance plans that align with team goalsMaintain strong working relationships with operations teamsSupport team member development through regular feedback and coachingManage daily priorities while meeting established deadlinesA day in the lifeYour day will focus on hands‑on team leadership and problem‑solving. You'll work closely with production teams, address maintenance issues, and implement solutions to keep our facilities running smoothly.
