Italian Speaking Customer Service for Manufacturing Company in Greece Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Manufacturing Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have an interest in the manufacturing sector. You will communicate with clients in Italian and assist them with inquiries related to products and services effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming customer inquiries regarding manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and chat in ItalianProvide accurate information about product specifications, availability, and pricing to customersAssist clients with order placement, tracking, and fulfillment inquiriesResolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high levels of satisfactionDocument all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keepingCollaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and ensure customer expectations are metStay updated on manufacturing processes and product knowledge to better assist customersRequirementsFluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantagePrevious experience in customer service, ideally within the manufacturing sectorStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationshipsProblem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectivelyAbility to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessaryBenefitsCompetitive Monthly Salary2 Extra Salaries Per YearFully Paid Relocation PackageFully Paid TrainingHealth InsuranceAnd Much More..#J-18808-Ljbffr
