This role involves providing vital support to our clients and users, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. As a Support Center Analyst, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to facilitate an exceptional service experience.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for Italian‑speaking clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and product‑related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Record and document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and usage.Collaborate with other departments to upscale complex issues and improve support processes.Monitor ticket statuses and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.Stay informed about new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.RequirementsFluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a customer support or IT support role is an advantage.Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills to assist clients effectively.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with teams.A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.BenefitsCompetitive Monthly SalaryMonthly Performance BonusFully Paid TrainingFully Paid Relocation Package (Flight, Airport
