We are looking for a Quality Process Engineer to join our Local Quality Department for a six-month internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco VenetoACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVESACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVESPerform Quality Internal Audit; Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015; Management of customer claims; Promote Continuous Improvement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and support execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities and monitor implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions;Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet;Monitor changes in ISO standards and customer-specific requirements; update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance;Draft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners;Analyse quality data and trends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvement;Work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met; support the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency; collaborate with the Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives.QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);A Master and / or any other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.g., qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt…);University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated;A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated.KNOWLEDGEA good knowledge of Quality Management is needed;A good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO 9001);Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan);Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed.LANGUAGESFluency in Italian;Good knowledge of English is highly recommended.MINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSComfortable working in a complex, multinational environment;Proactive, assertive, and hands-on approach;Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities;Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.REIMBURSEMENT700 per month + free access to the company canteen.Interested candidates must send their applications with authorization under GDPR (EU Reg. 679 / 2016).The recruitment process is open to candidates of all genders (D.Lgs. 198 / 2006).Location: Quality Process Engineer • Castelfranco Veneto, Veneto, ITJ-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
