Our team is made up of exceptional founders, product leaders, and business experts who are ready to launch and scale ventures into the next generation of market leaders.Opportunity: redefining procurement efficiency Procurement remains one of the least digitized business functions — yet one with enormous potential for transformation.At G‑nous, we are building an innovative solution to rethink how SMEs identify, evaluate, and collaborate with suppliers, addressing a market projected to reach $4.75 billion in Europe by 2033. By leveraging artificial intelligence, we want to enable companies to take faster and data‑driven decisions, improving transparency and efficiency across the value chain and simplifying the scouting of new suppliers.Co‑Founder / CEO responsibilities We are now looking for a Co‑Founder / CEO to lead the growth of our new Procurement SaaS venture. You will take the lead in launching, positioning, and scaling the product globally – with G‑nous by your side to provide strategic, financial, and operational support.Qualities & qualificationsExperience as founder or co‑founder in a start‑up environment, or as a founding team member in a fast‑scaling SaaS companyStrong background in B2B product management, growth, operations or salesA proven track record of scaling digital platforms from 0 to 1 (preferably SaaS or marketplace models)The ability to build and inspire a high‑performing teamExcellent communication and public speaking skills in EnglishNice to have Experience in procurement or supply chain.What we offerA validated concept and product foundation, ready to scaleA share package in the new startup that will be incorporatedAccess to our network of investors and strategic partnersThe backing of a venture studio with deep expertise in venture building, product development, and fundraisingSeniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Business Development, Sales, and Product ManagementIndustries Space Research and Technology, Software Development, Business Consulting and ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at G‑nous by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
