Location Milano, Italy What you’ll do Contribute expertise in FP&A, with a strong focus on financial reporting and financial analysis. Participate in monthly closing activities, particularly for below-EBITDA items and Balance Sheet, in close coordination with the accounting team. Drive process improvement initiatives including automation and fast-closing projects. Provide actionable insights into performance versus budget and historical trends. Prepare ad hoc reports for management and corporate stakeholders. Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis. Develop and adapt financial reporting tools and dashboards to ensure clear and effective performance tracking. What you’ll bring Professional experience in FP&A/corporate controlling and financial reporting in complex or international environments. Demonstrated experience managing or supporting FP&A processes end-to-end. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of Excel and financial modeling; solid experience with ERP systems (SAP and Oracle preferred).
