DescrizioneLSC Lifesciences Consultants is looking for a graduating or recently graduated talent to join our Administrative & Finance team in Milan. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility from day one, working directly with our CFO and Financial Controller and gaining a 360° view of how a consulting firm runs.Broad exposure: Finance operations, reporting, payroll coordination, vendor management, and client documentation.Career runway: Build foundations to grow into Controlling, FP&A, or Operations.Monitor and control project expense budgets and flag variances early.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights.Qualifiche richieste:• Ottime doti comunicative e capacità di relazione con il pubblico.• Buona dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici e di contabilità.• Proattività e forte attenzione ai dettagli.Offriamo un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato Ccnl Commercio, in un ambiente di lavoro altamente sfidante.
