Product Manager - Linea Restauro e Rinforzi L'azienda Nota azienda nel settore edile, con una forte presenza sul territorio italiano e oltre 70 dipendenti distribuiti tra le sedi di Milano e Forlì . La realtà si distingue per l'eccellenza e l'innovazione nei materiali e nelle soluzioni per l'edilizia, con un'attenzione particolare alla sicurezza e alla sostenibilità . Il ruolo Stiamo cercando un/a Product Manager per la linea di prodotti più strategica e a maggior fatturato dell'azienda (50%), focalizzata su infrastrutture complesse : ponti, viadotti e gallerie. La figura si inserirà in un contesto in crescita, con un focus sull'ampliamento delle competenze tecniche nella parte civile e antisismica. Le responsabilità Il Product Manager sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della gestione della linea Restauro e Rinforzi , rispondendo al Direttore Commerciale e collaborando con le aree Tecnico/R&D, Marketing e due specialisti del settore. Interagirà inoltre con i 3 capi area e una rete di circa 35 agenti. Cosa cerchiamo Esperienza: massimo 3 anni in ambito infrastrutture o rinforzi strutturali Titolo di studio: Geometra o Ingegnere Civile Competenze must-have: i) Conoscenza dei materiali e delle tecniche di rinforzo antisismico; ii) Esperienza su cantiere o contesto tecnico-commerciale; iii) Capacità di coordinamento di team tecnici/commerciali Nice to have: Esperienza con prodotti chimici per edilizia strutturale Soft Skills: Spirito collaborativo, proattività, leadership tecnica, visione strategica Ruolo manageriale + auto ad uso promiscuo Inserimento in una struttura in forte espansione Possibilità di crescita verso ruoli di direzione Sede Italia, con disponibilità a raggiungere Milano o Forlì almeno 2 volte al mese #J-18808-Ljbffr
