Business Analyst – Sr Analyst in Business AnalyticsJoin our business operations and commercial excellence team in advancing medical device business and market dynamics. This role strengthens analytical and strategy skills and supports breakthrough product launches, including our AI advanced monitoring platform.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, collect, record, track, and verify data from multiple sources and generate reports, graphs, and presentations.Produce bi‑weekly and monthly sales performance reports by customer and product.Maintain, design, and test key product dashboards (in Qlik Sense & Salesforce).Support ad hoc analysis requests from the marketing team.Apply problem‑solving methodologies through business analytics.Interpret data and provide actionable conclusions.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree mandatory, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in data analytics.Required SkillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Attention to detail and proactive orientation.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage pressure.Good interpersonal skills and capability to collaborate across levels.LocationITA Milano – Via Enrico CialdiniSalary Range€32,600.00 – €52,175.00 EUR AnnualEqual Opportunity EmployerBecton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
