It cooperates with Logistics Finance team to define P&L & operational targets, and it is expected to lead the initiatives pipeline to ensure achievement. The role manages the initiative pipeline by working with execution teams to set projects milestones, KPIs, routines, implementation roadmap and reporting tools.
