Envision Your Future Job We are seeking a motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join our team at the Barberini (PE) Plant as a Quality Engineer. You will be responsible for managing the Performance of the Quality Management System, Procedures (PQ), and Operating Instructions (IST) in accordance with the UNI standard EN ISO 9001 : 2015. Responsibilities Implement new regulatory standards and update the system accordingly. Disseminate and promote the application of system standards within departments. Establish and document procedures and instructions within the system. Evaluate the business context for risks and opportunities. Coordinate and monitor system activities across departments. Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through continuous updates. Promote a culture of quality within the plant, focusing on monitoring and improvement. Encourage the application of quality improvement methods in problem-solving. Ideal Candidate Profile 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, flexibility, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience or studies abroad is a plus.
