Serioplast , a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging , is Looking for a Product Quality Engineer for the plants in Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG)Are you a driven quality expert looking for an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment?Join us and take your career to new heightsWhat will you do?Support the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirements Provide advice and support on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locally Support Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activities and measurements Support in the definition and adequate execution of test methods Provide training and support to plants on measurement processes and tools Collaborate on the definition of development plans for laboratory activities Support the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.Ensure that all internal and external non-conformities are tracked in the Group’s Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the Plants Support the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non-conformities (CAPA Plan) Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspectsWhat are we looking for?Good knowledge of ISO standards Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM) Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques Good project management skills Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.Good knowledge of English Bachelor’s degree or higher in scientific subjects Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Quality Control department of an FMCG multinational companyWhat do we offer?Continuous training: Grow professionally by working alongside industry experts.Dynamic and international environment: Join a team engaged in global projects.Career growth opportunities in an industry leading company.Flexible working hours and smart working (defined days per month).Corporate restaurant partnership Internal mobility: Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionSounds like a fit?We’d love to hear from youWant to know more about us?Check out Who We Are and discover what makes us uniqueUpon sending their application, the candidate grants specific consent to the processing of personal data, in accordance with current legislation on privacy.The privacy policy is available at the following link: Serioplast is an equal employment opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, protected veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
