**About the Role** Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a **full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Individual Contributor and Early-in-Career Leadership roles, leveraging data, sourcing strategies, and partnerships to strengthen our talent pipeline. You will support, guide, and coach property hiring managers through the Talent Acquisition process while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all candidates. This position plays a vital role in reducing time-to-fill, enhancing recruitment marketing efforts, and supporting local campus and community hiring programs. Leverages data and resources to expand the talent pipeline and reduce administrative time in Talent Acquisition across sourcing, recruitment marketing, and campus/community programs Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment, offer, and onboarding process Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager on daily recruiting tasks and strategic initiatives **Qualifications** 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) **What We Offer** Dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.#J-18808-Ljbffr
